Since I first encountered Buddhism, meditation has been an integral part of my daily life. In the 80s I have spent several months each year with different teachers from the Karma Kagyu school and learned from them Buddhist meditation and philosophy. In the 90s my teacher, Lama Ole Nydahl, asked me to share my experiences with others. I started to deliver lectures and meditation workshops which to date brought me to 27 countries around the world. Working with people and groups from the most diverse cultural backgrounds became a source for continuous learning. The foundation of this work is the trust in human qualities. Thoughts, feelings and individual perceptions express this wealth of human qualities. Meditation is key in unfolding the ability to continuously reassess own positions and convey new viewpoints.

I am trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine with its holistic view of the human being. Meditation and breathing exercises belong to the classical pillars of Chinese Medicine. Both support states of composure, happiness and energy.
I am glad to be able to share my knowledge and experience in secular meditation and health care with my clients as well as with small and large companies, together with and through the Timeless Impact Academy.
