(…) Our participants regularly report that they are able to concentrate better at work, that they are more effective at work, that they enjoy their work more, that they experience higher levels of well-being, better work-life balance. They really say that such mindfulness courses benefit them as a whole person; in the workplace but also beyond it. And I think it is great if we can achieve something like this.”
